They are as follows: quality of services, unique nature of services, price offer, skilled workers, level of customer services, availability of advanced technologies, accessibility of services, possibility of rendering extra services, access to financing, partner relations, optimization of processes, digitalization, quality of business project management, risk management. The author researches their impact on services rendered in digital and off-line format.
