Projecting and Transforming the Net Structure of Delivery Chains in Conditions of Latest Geo-Political Changes 在最新地缘政治变化的条件下预测和改变运输链的净结构

Logistics in Russia has been actively developing lately. One of key trends in this process implies building a net structure by logistic companies as a foundation for efficient and competitive delivery chains. The article studied development of a net structure of delivery chains and specific features of new reality of net functioning, where their transformation shall take place. It was found out that strategic goals, which are targeted at by logistic company plans are based on rational net configuration. Availability of rationally projected logistic chains both inside the country and abroad became unquestionable competitive advantage that allowed companies to move goods to the final consumer. Globalization of economy in certain countries and the development of international trade in the last decade provided logistic companies with wide opportunities for profitable territorial location of delivery chain links. However, the desired success of logistic companies in attaining goals of functioning faced today’s transport and logistics reality caused by pressure of numerous factors connected with sanctions against Russia, which led to the necessity to transform net configuration. In view of this the authors discussed in more detail the mechanism of some factors, which can result in distortion of product flows and arising of new ones, including in international delivery chains.

Methodological Aspects of Elaborating Marketing Strategy of Innovation Bank Products and Services 制定创新银行产品和服务营销战略的方法问题

Today the key factor of influencing banking sector is the development of information systems and overall strategy of economy digitalization as its consequence. On today’s competitive banking market we can observe the necessity to elaborate and promote approaches to banking product and service marketing that are meant to provide finance stability of banking business and orientation of marketing innovation bank functioning not only to their opportunities but also to market needs. In spite of a big number of publications dealing with this issue, academic research should be developed further. In research by Russian scientists there are actually no developments dealing with the problem of finding structural components for elaborating marketing strategy of banking products and services. Insufficient attention was paid to approaches of defining the essence of banking product and service marketing. The problem of assessing the level of the impact of banking innovation marketing on competitive positions and finance stability of banks has not been settled yet. The article showed components necessary to elaborate strategy of banking product and service marketing, among which the author underlined their characteristics depending on the model of commercialization, sub-system of their implementation process and interconnection between the chosen marketing strategy and classification features of banking innovation. The author designed a structural and logical scheme of elaborating strategy of baking product and servicer marketing and formulated its definition.

Competitiveness of Business Projects in Service Sector 服务业商业项目的竞争力

Competitiveness is one of major indicators of entrepreneurial activity, which shows prospects of further development and feasibility to reach strategic goals and objectives. The article studies factors affecting competitiveness of business projects functioning in the service sphere. They are as follows: quality of services, unique nature of services, price offer, skilled workers, level of customer services, availability of advanced technologies, accessibility of services, possibility of rendering extra services, access to financing, partner relations, optimization of processes, digitalization, quality of business project management, risk management. The author researches their impact on services rendered in digital and off-line format. The model put forward in the article can be used by entrepreneurs to develop steps aimed at raising competitiveness of business.

Tools Necessary to Transform the Enterprise Strategy Development with Due Regard to Green Economy Requirements 根据绿色经济要求转变企业战略发展所需的工具

The article deals with studying strategies and efficiency of motivation policy used by industrial enterprises in view of economy ecologization. It provides the complex analysis of steps aimed at fostering ecologically sustainable development of enterprises and their contribution to overall economic ecologization. The author studies different strategies of motivation used by enterprises in order to cut the adverse effect on the environment and introduce innovation ecologically clean technologies. Special attention is paid to providing incentives to workers involved in processes of ecological modernization, as well as appraisal of their efficiency in the long run. Key elements of successful motivation policy were demonstrated that can promote sustainable development of industrial enterprises in conditions of ecological challenges. The proposed recommendations can be used as a practical guidance for companies wishing to introduce ecological innovation in their work.

Challenges and Prospects of Crypto-Currency Market Development 加密货币市场发展的挑战与前景

The article deals with the research on global crypto-currency market and analysis of its development trends. Special attention was paid to national regulation of crypto-currency and activity connected with it, which is topical today due to introduction of new sanctions against Russia, including those in the field of crypto-exchanges. Through analyzing the development of finance blockchain-systems the authors identified the vector of their developing in the direction of raising the speed of work, upgrading algorithms of consensus, increasing security and control over the mining sphere and turnover of crypto-currency in Russia. A conclusion was drawn that it can foster the extended use of crypto-systems of distributed ledger by present day banks. As goals of the research the authors mentioned problems connected with the opportunity to use blockchain technologies in the credit and finance sector and forecasting effects of such use.

N. N. Methodology of Calculating Compensation for Costs of Baltic Sea Ecosystem Restoration N.N. 波罗的海生态系统恢复成本补偿计算方法

The article provides a unique author’s methodology of calculating compensation for costs connected with the Baltic Sea contamination. It is based on studying the contribution of all countries of the Baltic basin to anthropogenic burden on ecosystems of the sea. Contribution of each country to degradation of the Baltic Sea ecosystem was estimated and on this basis the general anti-rating of countries of anthropogenic impact was made up, as well as the anti-rating of Baltic countries by factors of eutrophication and contamination by oil products. With the help of the data a conclusion was made that each country shall pay a certain amount of money to restore the degraded ecosystems of the Baltic Sea according to the principle ‘contaminator pays’. Countries’ shares for restoration of the Baltic Sea were estimated. The obtained results are practically important and can be used to substantiate contribution of each country to degradation of ecosystems of other domestic seas of the world.

Acute Problems of Digital Transformation in Banking Sector 银行业数字化转型的尖锐问题

The banking sector was among the first to join digital transformation of economy and became a driver of digital technologies used within the frames of B2C and B2B. Bank executives consider banking-process digitalization as a key factor of competitiveness and success on market. Digitalization process in the banking sphere goes on intensively, which requires modernization and adaptation to constantly changing conditions. Therefore, the acute objective is to trace key trends in digital transformation of the banking sector. Major goals of the research are to analyze digitalization rate of the banking sphere and to make up a list of serious problems arising in the process of digital transformation of banks. The authors used such methods of research as comparative analysis, statistical analysis, benchmarking, classification and rating. As a result of the research the article mentioned a list of acute problems of digital transformation of existing Russian banks and possible lines in their solution or minimization of adverse impacts. The authors came to the conclusion that the process of banking activity digitalization is accompanied by both positive and negative factors, the latter forms problematic fields requiring fast settlement.

Analysis of Experience and Problems of Using the Concept of Sustainable Development in Company Work 在公司工作中运用可持续发展理念的经验和问题分析

The use of the sustainable development concept in current circumstances is one of priority lines of today’s company progress. Within the frames of the present research the author analyzed probable challenges of this concept use. Apart from that, the article pointed out that sustainable development of company management in crisis requires executives’ flexibility, professionalism, ability to make difficult decisions and orientation to the result. At the same time, providing company sustainability in crisis is liable to the impact from external and internal factors and depends on functional trends of its work. Strategic vision of situation development both on market and inside the company can give an opportunity to see prospects of the company sustainable development, identify key goals and priorities and realize consequences of current decision-making for shaping sustainability of the company.

The Use of Content-Marketing in Complex Development of Non-Urbanized Territories in Russia 内容营销在俄罗斯非城市化地区综合发展中的应用

The article deals with practical aspects of using content-marketing to improve social and economic appeal and complex development of non-urbanized territories in Russia. The author showed that the process of business climate development on territories with low population density is a whole complex of measures. In practice they are connected with target positioning of each region and spot lighting of its concrete benefits for potential partners and economically active people, who would like to swap their megalopolis for more placid life and realize themselves beyond big cities. It was shown that content-marketing can serve as a universal tool for resolving problems of regional development in Russia. It is based on approaches of step-by-step bringing the target audience to decisionmaking about buying goods, services or taking part in an investment project. In case of Russian regions it means a decision to invest in the region, set up highly-technological enterprises or business connected with agriculture. At the same time entrepreneurs could get an additional incentive for realizing their ideas in the form of state support with a broad range of tax privileges and subsidies and as maximum – availability of a preferential zone in the region, where state is interested in creating jobs and intensive development of a concrete territory. It was underlined that in Russia preferential zones are mainly arranged on non-urbanized territories far from big cities and agglomerations. The article provided examples of content-marketing functioning in promotion of existing highlytechnological enterprises and business-projects being developed now in every region of the country. The use of successful experience in developing regions was studied also on less successful territories, which require operative alterations in their positioning. A conclusion was drawn that high-quality positioning of the region is a secure investment in its development and a universal tool for sustainable development of non-urbanized territories in Russia.

Developing Economic and Mathematic Models of Company Tax Burden Taking into Account Specific Features of Industry 根据行业特点建立公司税负的经济和数学模型

The importance and appraisal of enterprise tax burden is underlined by its serious impact on its finance and business functioning. In order to conduct a high-quality tax controlling, cut tax risks and achieve optimal tax burden the author focuses attention on studying theoretical principles and approaches to estimating the impact of tax burden on business activity of the organization. Through analyzing economic and mathematic methods of assessing company tax burden elaborated by Russian scientists, focus was made on the importance of investigating this indicator within the frames of econometric modeling with the help of language R. To estimate the impact of tax burden on results of business activity and finance and economic factor on the amount of tax burden the article proposed to build models with panel data, whose shaping can help identify steps aimed at upgrading tax control and tax burden management.
