To achieve success in a company, good performance is required, which is based on work discipline and work motivation. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT XYZ. This research uses a quantitative approach with nonprobability sampling data collection techniques, namely saturated sampling. The population in this study consisted of all PT XYZ employees, with a total sample of 47 respondents. Primary data was collected using questionnaires in Likert scale units. Data processing uses SPSS 25 software for the tests used are data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. 摘要

PT XYZ 是一家拥有广泛网络并为社会提供服务的公司。公司要取得成功,就必须有良好的绩效,而绩效的基础是工作纪律和工作动力。本研究旨在确定工作纪律和工作动力对 PT XYZ 员工绩效的影响。本研究采用非概率抽样数据收集技术(即饱和抽样)进行定量研究。研究对象包括 PT XYZ 的所有员工,样本总数为 47 人。使用李克特量表单位的问卷收集原始数据。数据处理使用 SPSS 25 软件,使用的检验包括数据质量检验、经典假设检验、多元线性回归分析、假设检验和判定系数。对工作纪律变量(X1)的部分检验(T)结果表明,工作纪律变量(X1)对员工绩效变量(Y)有积极而显著的影响,而对工作动机变量(X2)的部分检验(T)结果表明,工作动机变量(X2)对员工绩效变量(Y)有积极而显著的影响,而同时检验研究(F)结果表明,工作纪律变量(X1)和工作动机变量(X2)对员工绩效变量(Y)有积极而显著的影响。
