This research aims to determine the strategies used by tempe craftsmen through the production process regarding the impact of rising soybean prices and to find out whether the income of tempe craftsmen due to the increase in soybean prices has changed in Tenggilis Mejoyo Village, Surabaya City. In conducting this research, the descriptive qualitative method was used by the researcher. The findings in this research are how the tempeh production process, the strategies used by tempeh craftsmen to overcome the increase in soybean prices and the increase in soybean prices affect the income of tempeh craftsmen. It is hoped that this research will provide benefits, especially for all elements of society, for theoretical and practical benefits. The research results show that reducing the size of tempeh sold at a fixed price is a way for tempeh craftsmen to overcome the decline in income. The increase in soybean prices not only affects the income of tempeh craftsmen but also affects the amount of tempeh production which decreases by 50%. Some of the suggestions offered by researchers include craftsmen expanding tempe marketing, for the Indonesian government to help resolve the problem of rising prices of basic commodities, especially soybeans, which are still unstable, and for researchers who can then carry out further research on the impact of rising soybean prices on the purchasing power of tempeh. community in Tenggilis Mejoyo Village, Surabaya City.

The purpose of this research is to empirically determine the analysis of competency and innovative work behavior on employee performance mediated by knowledge sharing by conducting a study at the Tual City Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency). This research is positivism research, with the type of research being explanatory research. The population in this study was all employees of the Tual City Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency, totaling 33 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS application. The research results show that competency is empirically unable to encourage increased employee performance. Innovative work behavior is empirically unable to encourage increased employee performance. Competency can empirically encourage increased knowledge sharing. The research aims to determine the influence of the marketing mix (4P) and consumer behavior on the intention to choose the Metallurgical Engineering study program. Analysis using Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on Partial Least Square (PLS) and data collection by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents who know Metallurgical Engineering, Institute Del Technology. Purposive sampling is the sampling method used in research. The research results show that the intention to choose a Metallurgical Engineering study program is strongly influenced by the marketing mix (4P) and consumer behavior.

This research is motivated by a company engaged in the agency. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of dual roles, work stress and workload on the performance of female employees. This research was conducted at UPTD Puskesmas Ngadiluwih. This research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were all female employees as many as 30 employees of UPTD Puskesmas Ngadiluwih. the technique used to analyze is with the SPSS IMB version 27 program. Data analysis techniques in this study with validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and R2 determination coefficient test. The results of this test concluded that the t test showed that the dual role variable partially had a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of <0.001 and a tcount value of 3.874. The work stress variable partially has a non-significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.065 and a tcount value of 1.925. The workload variable partially has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.932 and a tcount value of -0.086. And the results of the f test show that the dual role variable, work stress and workload have a significant effect on the performance of female employees with a significant value of <0.001 and a Fcount of 18,145 .

The development of e-commerce is currently increasingly rapid, marked by the increasing number of internet users in Indonesia. Customer satisfaction and trust are the most dominant problems in every business unit operating in the service sector, but the process of achieving customer satisfaction is not easy. Because many other factors can influence the achievement of this level of customer satisfaction. Through this research, the author aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction, namely by using the Customer Satisfaction Index method. Based on the research results, it is known that female consumers, consumers aged 23-28 years, and private employees are the dominant respondents. The level of consumer satisfaction with e-commerce based on CSI is 97.12%.

This research was conducted to find out how the Recruitment and Selection Process affects employee performance at Radio Del FM Laguboti, to find out obstacles and alternative solutions in solving problems. Data collection techniques are through observation and interviews, namely directly observing the object being studied and with documentation. Based on the results of the discussion, it shows that the Employee Recruitment and Selection process at Radio Del FM Laguboti is in accordance with the general standards of roles and authority as stated in the job description and has been effective in finding new employees needed by the company. company. The obstacles that occur are lack of focus at work, a backlog of work and work taking a long time to complete, this is because the capacity is insufficient if there is only one worker. The solutions implemented temporarily are still not effective because some alternatives are sometimes still disrupted by urgent work that must be prioritized. In developing an administration system in a company, although development is slow, to achieve good development, the support of many parties and focus in its development is very necessary.

This study aims to analyze the impact of social media marketing strategies and prospective students' perceptions on their decision-making process in choosing an educational institution. The research employs a quantitative approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 purposively selected respondents, specifically prospective students considering Institut Teknologi Del as their higher education option. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to process the collected data, examining the causal relationship between the independent variables (social media marketing and perception) and the dependent variable (college selection decision).The findings indicate that effective social media marketing strategies and positive perceptions among prospective students significantly influence their decision to choose a higher education institution. The results reveal that improving the quality and reach of social media marketing, as well as fostering positive perceptions about the institution—such as academic quality, facilities, and graduate career prospects—can increase prospective students' interest in selecting Institut Teknologi Del as their place of study.

The clinic's process for requesting a consultation with a doctor and receiving a queue number is inefficient. To help patients make the most of their time at the clinic, it is helpful to provide them with information on when physicians will be available to see them. A new approach to health development governance is required under Regulation No. 21 of 2020 of the Republic of Indonesia's Minister of Health, which addresses the Ministry's Strategic Plan for 2020–2024. This plan encompasses health information systems, research integration, and development, among other areas. First, Health Technology Transformation, which includes developing and integrating health data; second, Health Service Application Integration and Development; and third, Health Technology Ecosystem Development, will house the primary activities involved in health technology transformation. This study's findings suggest that consumers are mostly interested in finding hospitals in close proximity to their homes, rather than using the doctor's appointment component of the KlikDokter app. Because of this, KlikDokter has to implement a change movement that can increase the number of health facilities that operate with Klik Doctor, allowing it to reach the closest health facility. It also has to link insurance and BPJS so that health facilities may provide transaction features.

PT XYZ is a company with a wide network and services for the community. To achieve success in a company, good performance is required, which is based on work discipline and work motivation. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT XYZ. This research uses a quantitative approach with nonprobability sampling data collection techniques, namely saturated sampling. The population in this study consisted of all PT XYZ employees, with a total sample of 47 respondents. Primary data was collected using questionnaires in Likert scale units. Data processing uses SPSS 25 software for the tests used are data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research are proven by the results of the partial test (T) on the work discipline variable (X1) showing that there is a positive and significant influence on the employee performance variable (Y) and on the work motivation variable (X2) it also shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the variable employee performance (Y), while the results of the simultaneous test research (F) show that there is a positive and significant influence of the variables work discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y).
