This study highlighted the contributions of these technologies in promoting transparency, traceability, sustainability, and efficiency across various aspects of supply chain management. By synthesizing insights from diverse sources and datasets, the study provided valuable recommendations and strategies for leveraging technology to address supply chain challenges effectively.
