The impact of personality disorders in parents on children's social skills, peer relationships, and emotional development: A systematic review and meta-analysis 父母人格障碍对子女社交技能、同伴关系和情感发展的影响:系统回顾与荟萃分析

This systematic review and meta-analysis examine the influence of parental personality disorders on children's social skills, peer relationships, and emotional development. Utilizing data from numerous studies, we analysed how specific personality disorders, such as borderline, narcissistic, and antisocial personality disorders, affect various dimensions of children's development. Our findings indicate that children of parents with personality disorders often exhibit compromised social skills, struggle with peer relationships, and face significant challenges in emotional regulation. The meta-analysis revealed a strong correlation between parental personality pathology and increased risk of emotional and behavioural problems in children, including anxiety, depression, and conduct disorders. Additionally, the quality of the parent-child interaction emerged as a critical mediating factor, with dysfunctional parenting behaviours exacerbating negative outcomes. The review underscores the need for targeted interventions that address the unique challenges faced by these children, emphasizing the importance of early identification and support for families affected by personality disorders. This study contributes to the understanding of the far-reaching implications of parental mental health on child development and highlights the necessity for integrated mental health services that consider the well-being of both parents and their children. Future research should focus on longitudinal studies to better elucidate causal relationships and effective intervention strategies.

Validation of the crib ii score for predicting very low birth weight infants’ mortality 验证预测极低出生体重儿死亡率的婴儿床 ii 评分

Objective- To validate Clinical Risk Index for Babies (CRIB II) score in predicting the mortality of preterm, VLBW babies and to study the correlation of risk factors with Clinical Risk Index for Babies(CRIB II) Methods- A Prospective observational study was done in Preterm, VLBW neonates admitted in our neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)over a period of 1 year from November 2021 to December 2022 in 50 subjects. Result Out of 50 VLBW neonates, 32 (64%) were level 1 score, 12 (24.00%) were level 2 score, 5 (10.00%) were level 3, 1 (2%) were level 4 score. Out of 50 VLBW babies, 32 (64%) were survived and 18(36%) were expired. There is a strong, negative correlation between CRIB II score and birth weight of infants with p 0.001 and r=-0.79 Conclusion-. The present study concludes that CRIB II a score is effective in predicting the mortality in VLBW babies. Survival is more among babies in level 1 score. The more the CRIB II score, the less is the chance of survival.

This paper aims to emphasize the environmental impacts of stubble burning, also known as 'parali' burning, and to raise awareness among farmers about its harmful effects. In Northern India, particularly after rice and wheat harvests, farmers often burn crop residue to clear fields quickly for the next season. This agricultural practice significantly contributes to air pollution and nutrient loss from the soil. Stubble burning releases greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, methane, nitrous oxides, and particulate matter into the atmosphere, posing various health risks to humans and animals. The stubble burning causes a significant increase in the air pollution and decrease in visibility. The government has implemented several policies and initiatives to educate farmers about the adverse effects of stubble burning. Recent studies have shown a decrease in stubble burning cases in 2024.

Compound semiconductors, composed of two or more elements, differ from single-element semiconductors like silicon. These materials are crucial because they have a direct band gap, unlike elemental semiconductors such as silicon and germanium, making them ideal for optoelectronic applications like LEDs, semiconductor lasers, and photo detectors. Robots rely on sophisticated sensors to collect vital data for their operation, including internal data on temperature, moisture, movement, and position, as well as external data from images, infrared light, and sound, processed through semiconductor units. Compound semiconductors are integral to numerous technologies around us, including electric cars, solar panels, satellites, spacecraft, and smart phones. Future innovations like driverless cars and artificial intelligence will also heavily depend on these materials.

Delivered in 1971, this speech catalyzed the Bengali independence movement and continues to shape political socialization in Bangladesh. By dissecting the speech as a potent form of cultural capital, this study elucidates its role in forming collective habitus and exerting symbolic power across generations. The analysis underscores the speech's enduring influence on national identity, civic engagement, and political discourse. The findings reveal significant practical and societal implications, suggesting the integration of this historical narrative into educational curricula and community initiatives to foster cohesive political consciousness.

Skeletal relapse after orthognathic surgery 正颌手术后的骨骼复发

Orthognathic surgery, performed to correct functional and aesthetic jaw and facial irregularities, significantly enhances the quality of life for patients. Despite advancements in surgical techniques and computer-assisted planning, postoperative complications such as unintentional occlusion disorders and jaw misalignments remain common. Studies reveal postoperative jaw misalignments and malocclusions in approximately 10% of cases. Relapses after bimaxillary orthognathic surgery predominantly affect maxillary movements, especially in patients with cleft lip and palate, with up to 20% relapse due to scar contraction. Deviations from the preoperative plan occur even with advanced technologies, within generally accepted tolerances of less than 2 mm for translational and 2 degrees for rotational movements. The primary causes of relapse are linked to postoperative stability rather than planning accuracy, with contributing factors including the feasibility of orthodontic pre- and post-treatment, long-standing dysgnathia leading to tooth loss, and advanced patient age. These factors should be carefully considered to minimize the risk of relapse and improve surgical outcomes.

Astronomical bodies detection with stacking of CoAtNets by fusion of RGB and depth Images 通过融合 RGB 和深度图像,利用堆叠 CoAtNets 检测天体

Space situational awareness (SSA) system requires detection of space objects that are varied in sizes, shapes, and types. The space images are difficult because of various factors such as illumination and noise and as a result make the recognition task complex. Image fusion is an important area in image processing for a variety of applications including RGB-D sensor fusion, remote sensing, medical diagnostics, and infrared and visible image fusion. In recent times, various image fusion algorithms have been developed and they showed a superior performance to explore more information that is not available in single images. In this paper I compared various methods of RGB and Depth image fusion for space object classification task. The experiments were carried out, and the performance was evaluated using fusion performance metrics. It was found that the guided filter context enhancement (GFCE) outperformed other image fusion methods in terms of average gradient, spatial frequency, and entropy. Additionally, due to its ability to balance between good performance and inference speed, GFCE was selected for RGB and Depth image fusion stage before feature extraction and classification stage. The outcome of fusion method is merged images that were used to train a deep assembly of CoAtNets to classify space objects into ten categories. The deep ensemble learning methods including bagging, boosting, and stacking were trained and evaluated for classification purposes. It was found that combination of fusion and stacking was able to improve classification accuracy.

The space images are difficult because of various factors such as illumination and noise and as a result make the recognition task complex. Image fusion is an important area in image processing for a variety of applications including RGB-D sensor fusion, remote sensing, medical diagnostics, and infrared and visible image fusion. In recent times, various image fusion algorithms have been developed and they showed a superior performance to explore more information that is not available in single images. In this paper I compared various methods of RGB and Depth image fusion for space object classification task. The experiments were carried out, and the performance was evaluated using fusion performance metrics. It was found that the guided filter context enhancement (GFCE) outperformed other image fusion methods in terms of average gradient, spatial frequency, and entropy. Additionally, due to its ability to balance between good performance and inference speed, GFCE was selected for RGB and Depth image fusion stage before feature extraction and classification stage. The outcome of fusion method is merged images that were used to train a deep assembly of CoAtNets to classify space objects into ten categories. The deep ensemble learning methods including bagging, boosting, and stacking were trained and evaluated for classification purposes. Development and evaluation of neem herbal hand wash 开发和评估印楝草本洗手液

Hands are the main transmission route for microorganisms and infectious diseases. Hand washing is very important in food health, home cooking, and day care. The purpose of hand washing in the health care is to remove pathogenic microorganisms ("germs") and avoid transmitting them. Hand washing removes visible dirt from hands and reduce the number of harmful microorganisms. In the present study herbal handwash was developed using ethanolic extract of Azadirachtaindica (Neem). This plant is historically known to have many therapeutic uses. Herbal handwash was developed by using Carbopol-930 as Jelling agent, methyl paraben used as neutralizer and Sodium lauryl sulphate as surfactant. The Hand wash showed a multipurpose effect and all these herbal ingredients showed significant different activities. The ingredient use in herbal hand wash having properties cleaning, remove dirt as well as promote healing. The prepared formulation were evaluated based on number of criteria including consistency, pH test, spread ability, stability test, cleansing test, foam ability and grittiness.

Regular charged black hole: Implications for weak field gravitational lensing 常规带电黑洞:弱场引力透镜的影响

We investigate gravitational lensing within the framework of general relativity, focusing particularly on the deflection angle calculations in the weak field limit around a regular charged black hole. The presence of an inherited-centered singularity highlights the complex nature of black holes following gravitational collapse. However, non-linear electrodynamics (NLED) proposes the intriguing concept of a non-singularity, introducing new perspectives to this discussion. Our methodology explicitly incorporates NLED's role in determining the effective geometry of photons, advancing beyond standard metric analyses. The exact solution identifies a new correction term in the deflection angle that is specifically comparable to that of Reissner-Nordstrom (R.N.) model. These distinctive terms in the lensing effects significantly alter the sequence of shifts in the third angular images of a regular charged black hole. This analysis deepens our understanding of the complex interactions between a regular charged black hole and gravitational lensing. Future astronomical observations will be integral to corroborating these theoretically posited models, providing observational validation and potentially elucidating our theoretical framework.

This study examines the transformational impact of this technology, exploring how it increases productivity, reduces costs, and empowers better decision-making and inventory management throughout the supply chain. Focusing on transportation, warehousing, and demand forecasting, the paper provides a comprehensive view of the benefits and challenges associated with implementing AI and automation in logistics. Real-world examples and case studies illustrate the practical applications of these technologies and their potential to reshape the future of supply chain management. AI algorithms are reshaping inventory management by leveraging big data for precise future predictions, helping companies streamline operations through automated replenishment and reduced stock levels. In transportation, AI optimizes routes considering traffic, weather, and delivery times, leading to fuel savings, faster deliveries, and lower costs. Warehousing benefits from AI with enhanced scheduling, automated processing, and robotic conveyors improving efficiency and accuracy. Furthermore, AI-driven demand forecasting integrates sales data, consumer trends, and social media insights to forecast demand accurately, enhancing production planning and customer service. The adoption of "smart" supply chains faces several hurdles. Concerns over data privacy due to reliance on big data necessitate stringent data management practices and compliance with privacy laws. Technical barriers and high initial costs for AI implementation are particularly daunting for smaller businesses. Potential solutions, like partnering with AI providers or focusing on long-term benefits, offer strategies to overcome these challenges. Despite these obstacles, AI and automation hold immense potential to revolutionize logistics, offering companies competitive advantages, cost optimization, and superior customer service. As these technologies advance, the future of efficient and agile delivery looks promising.
