摘要

印尼有如此多的商店企业,这就要求每家商店企业都能通过为消费者提供满意的服务来参与竞争。对消费者满意度有积极影响的两个因素是产品价格和产品质量。因此,本研究的目的是检验产品价格和产品质量是否对 Kedai Mimi 的消费者满意度有积极影响。本研究采用定量方法,以有效性检验和可靠性检验作为衡量研究指标的工具,并采用经典假设检验和 SPSS 软件辅助的多元线性回归分析所研究变量之间的关系。结果表明,产品价格和产品质量对消费者在咪咪商店的满意度有 69.2%的积极影响。
