PT XYZ is a manufacturing company that produces electronics. During the production process, a significant issue has been identified - a high number of defective products due to dust contamination. This research is designed to analyze the factors contributing to these defects during the visual inspection process, using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. This research can identify the factors causing failure, the severity level, and the probability of negative effects of the failure. Additionally, it allows us to determine the corrective actions or improvements needed to prevent or reduce the risk of product failure during the visual inspection process. The results of the research indicate that the primary cause of the NG dust-type products, based on the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) value of 320, is operator skills. This factor is a potential cause of the NG dust-type products. Therefore, analysis and simulation of proposed improvements are being conducted, to reduce the number of NG products in the visual inspection process.

UMKM Surya Agung Percussion, located in Kaliwot Hamlet, RT 18, RW 07, Bungah Village, Bungah District, Gresik, is a micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (UMKM) that produces percussion instruments such as tambourines. The products manufactured by UMKM Surya Agung Percussion include tambourines, hadrahs, marawis, and darbukas. The flagship product of this UMKM is the tambourine. In the production process, UMKM Surya Agung Percussion has a tambourine smoothing machine with a capacity of 50 pieces per day. However, the capacity of the machine is unable to meet the demand for tambourines, which can reach up to 400 pieces per week. Therefore, a study is conducted to observe this phenomenon with the aim of designing a tambourine smoothing tool to increase the production capacity of tambourines and minimize the smoothing process time. The tool is redesigned taking into account the anthropometric aspects of the workers to make it more ergonomic and produce a higher output than before to meet the fluctuating demand for tambourines.

The HomeDecore furniture industry is a small industry sector that focuses on manufacturing furniture products from wood-based materials. The production process in this furniture involves the process of cutting wood, smoothing wood and the assembly process. This process poses a risk of hazards that result in accidents at work. Broadly speaking, work accidents are caused by two factors, namely human actions that do not meet work safety (unsafe action) and unsafe conditions. The purpose of this research is to identify hazard risks and determine control measures to reduce the risk of work accidents. This research was conducted using the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment And Determining Control (HIRADC) method to identify hazards, analyze risks and determine risk control measures to ensure the safety of workers. With this research, hopefully it can help reduce the risk of hazards. Based on the results of this study, several recommendations are determined according to the hazard control hierarchy by carrying out control measures such as elimination, substitution, engineering control, administrative and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment.

With so many shop businesses in Indonesia, it requires every shop business to be able to compete by providing satisfaction to its consumers. Two of the factors that have a positive influence on consumer satisfaction are product price and product quality. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to test whether product price and product quality have a positive effect on Kedai Mimi consumer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with validity tests and reliability tests as a measuring tool for research indicators, as well as classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS software to analyze the relationship between the variables studied. The results showed that product prices and product quality had a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at Mimi Shop by 69.2%.

Earthquakes are natural phenomena caused by natural events. The strength of an earthquake can be measured using a seismometer. The most commonly used scale to measure the strength of an earthquake is the Richter scale. The amount of demage caused by an earthquake is not only determined based on its strength, but is also measured by the area where the earthquake occurs. The depth of an earthquake that occurs from within the earth can also affect the potential damage. Eatrhquakes are located close to the groound surface, so they can have significant destructive properties. Large earthquake can usually trigger aftershocks, so they can be overcome using temporal processes.This research carried out an analysis of story drift and the influence of P-Delta on the reinforced concrete structure of the office building PT. Pupuk Lapan Harsa based on SNI 1726:2019. With the planning concept using the help of SAP2000 software.The results of the analysis of the Gresik fertilizer factory office building were delcared safe with a story drift in the x-axis ( ) in the amount of 10,95 mm up to 31,85, in the y-axis ( ) in the amount of 10,95 mm up to 31,85 mm. The performance of the industrial system in producing goods will be very important for business continuity, such as meeting consumer demand so that it can maintain the sustainability and/or continuity of the company in order to survive. Currently, companies will always be required to maintain and improve their competitive capabilities, so one way to do this is by increasing productivity at all levels within the company. The author tries to identify the work process of PT. Raja Ampat Indotim in the production of Compost Chopper Machines due to the results of interviews conducted at the company, there were no procedures for the work process in producing Compost Chopper Machines, so on this occasion the author intends to design a standard work process in the production of compost chopper machines at PT. Raja Ampat Indotim. Data processing in this research was carried out using an Operation Process Map. Based on the operational process map that has been created, the time required to produce a Compost Shredding Machine is 968.29 minutes.

There are many gapit industries in Cirebon area and each of these companies has a different business development strategy in dealing with change. One of them is the gapit 24 industry, where in the last few months product sales have been unstable and even tended to decline which is influenced by various factors so that it requires the right strategy to be able to maintain its business. This study aims to analyze the business development strategy of gapit 24 in Cirebon through the identification of internal and external factors. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. Matrix analysis of IFAS and EFAS yielded 16 factors with the position of the gapit 24 business in quadrant I with an aggressive strategy and utilizing the S-O strategy. From the results of the SWOT matrix analysis, 5 alternatives are used in the S-O strategy according to business position. Data processing using the TOPSIS method obtained successive strategic priorities, alternative strategy 1, namely strengthening relationships with consumers, alternative 2, namely improve the quality of products and services, alternative 3, namely continue to innovate to introduce new products, alternative 4, namely expanding the product distribution network and alternative 5, namely identify potential business partners.

CV. PQR is a company operating in the printing sector. The main printing produced at the company is labels for vegetable products. When producing labels, the company always strives to produce quality products that reach consumers on time. In order for the production process to run, good production scheduling is needed. This research aims to schedule label production on CV. PQR. The label production scheduling method used is Palmer. Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is very important for all workers and company owners to prevent occupational accidents and occupational diseases (PAK). UD. Radalla Collection, which manufactures screen printing and children's clothing, involves repeated use of the hands in a long sitting position, which increases the risk of PAK such as musculoskeletal disorders. Socialization is needed to educate craftsmen about the dangers and risks of ergonomics. Previously, a subjective survey had been conducted to identify complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). From the observation results, it was found that workers did not know about skeletal muscle movement disorders, so workers worked carelessly. UD workers. PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan engineering yang bergerak di bidang fabriation, machining, dan part stamping. Salah satu material yang paling sering dipesan adalah besi hollow, karena permintaan dari customer cukup banyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemilihan supplier material besi hollow tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan pertimbangan 4 kriteria, di antaranya kualitas, harga, metode pembayaran, dan waktu pengiriman. Terdapat 3 alternatif supplier di PT XYZ, yaitu PT. A, PT. B, dan PT. C. Pengambilan data melalui observasi dan wawancara secara langsung dengan departemen Purchasing di PT XYZ. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kriteria paling berpengaruh adalah kualitas dengan persentase 47,3 %, dan alternatif supplier yang terpilih adalah PT. A dengan nilai bobot sebesar 0,694. Rekomendasi untuk perusahaan dapat membuat schedule kedatangan material dan memastikan kembali kepada supplier mengenai waktu tepatnya material datang untuk menghindari risiko keterlambatan waktu pengiriman, melihat rendahnya bobot kriteria waktu pengiriman pada supplier yang terpilih.
