Influence of Etching Modes on the Morphology and Composition of the Surface of Multilayer Porous Silicon
Abstract
Based on X-ray reflectometry and ultrasoft X-ray spectroscopy data, the opportunity of controlling surface porosity using multi-stage electrochemical etching modes is presented.
