摘要

对鸽子豆种质、遗传股、释放的栽培品种和杂交亲本进行可持续的维护培育是一项艰巨的工作。造成基因污染的主要原因是昆虫的异花授粉。虽然各种公共和私营种子机构都参与了维护性育种工作,以生产不同等级的鸽子豆种子,但由于资源有限且优先级较低,很难满足国家对种子的需求。本手稿除了回顾目前的鸽子豆维持育种方法、其局限性和成就外,还重点介绍了一些先进的育种和基因组学方法,以提高维持育种的效率。
