Influence of 3D Printing Process Parameters on Mechanical Properties of ABS Plastic Samples Fabricated by Material Extrusion
Abstract
The article presents the results of an experimental study of mechanical properties of ABS plastic samples by tensile testing. The samples are fabricated by 3D printing and are oriented in ZXY-0° coordinates relative to the build platform. Dependences of mechanical properties of the samples on printing process parameters (temperature, printing speed, degree of air cooling, and material feed coefficient) are established.
