Abstract
The mechanical properties of 10Kh12N10Т and 08Kh18N9 stainless steel components in additive manufacturing are investigated. Selective laser melting (SLM) and wire arc additive manufacturing (WAAM) are considered. Components produced by selective laser melting are found to be stronger than those produced by wire arc additive manufacturing. Additional heat treatment reduces the strength but improves the plasticity, especially in wire arc additive manufacturing. The influence of structural porosity on the mechanical properties of the components is assessed.

Abstract
The machining precision attainable in wire-cut electrical discharge machining of restored (resurfaced) gas-turbine engine components is considered. Mathematical models are derived to describe the influence of the machining conditions on the final precision. Recommendations are formulated to ensure manufacturing precision of restored gas-turbine engine components.

Abstract
The basic aspects of innovative aircraft production at Moscow enterprises that facilitate import substitution in current economic conditions are considered. Analysis of the technological level and innovation at aircraft plants permits the development of an import substitution mechanism taking account of the need for economic and information security and digitization of the aircraft industry. On the basis of research, a new approach to the development of an import substitution mechanism is proposed, taking account of the need for strict economic and information security at Moscow’s aircraft enterprises. The proposal takes the form of a system of recommendations and standard algorithms ensuring efficient operation in an era of challenges to imports and to information security. The main risks and benefits of the proposed mechanism are analyzed, and indices and formulas for calculating the competitive stability of Moscow’s aircraft enterprises in the light of regional circumstances are presented.

Abstract
A methodology for design of magnetorheological dampers for damping vibration of overhead power lines with voltages above 110 kV is proposed, which includes a finite element model of the behavior of the working magnetorheological fluid in a hydraulic channel, and a Matlab model of dynamic processes in a loaded damper. This technique uses tables of damping coefficient values instead of the hysteretic displacement variable characteristic of the Bouc–Wen model, i.e., they use variables and parameters with a physical meaning, known at the stage of formulating technical requirements or determined by calculations. To verify and evaluate the accuracy of the technique, a vibration model of a section of AC 150/19 wire is studied as a system with lumped parameters, suspended on garlands of intermediate support insulators using magnetorheological dampers.

Abstract
The calculation and construction of a structural scheme of a cylindrical milling cutter with different pitch and nonuniform angle of inclination of teeth, with increased vibration resistance, are considered. The dependence of the forced oscillation frequency of the milling cutter on the milling modes, pitch, and inclination angle of the teeth is obtained, which makes it possible to study the vibration resistance of the milling cutter in comparison with a nonuniform pitch milling cutter with a constant inclination angle of the teeth. The “resistance” of the studied cutter to resonances arising during milling is shown.

Abstract
Attention focuses on the organization of project management on the basis of reverse modeling of the production processes. Reliable planning of the enterprise’s activities is essential to increasing the productivity and reducing labor and production costs. Such planning depends on verifying management decisions by means of predictive models. The starting time of production projects must be carefully planned, according to the principle of on-time completion. In practice, it is often difficult to comply with this principle, since that involves accurate calculation of the required starting time. This may be accomplished by reverse predictive modeling, proceeding backward from the specified result. By this means, more precise determination of the project’s required starting time is possible.
