On the basis of research, a new approach to the development of an import substitution mechanism is proposed, taking account of the need for strict economic and information security at Moscow’s aircraft enterprises. The proposal takes the form of a system of recommendations and standard algorithms ensuring efficient operation in an era of challenges to imports and to information security.
