Reliable planning of the enterprise’s activities is essential to increasing the productivity and reducing labor and production costs. Such planning depends on verifying management decisions by means of predictive models. The starting time of production projects must be carefully planned, according to the principle of on-time completion. In practice, it is often difficult to comply with this principle, since that involves accurate calculation of the required starting time. This may be accomplished by reverse predictive modeling, proceeding backward from the specified result.
