摘要

1例患者，23岁，首次行输卵管妊娠保守手术3次(右侧输卵管1次，左侧输卵管2次)，后行剖宫产(足月活产)。剖宫产术后3年，因输卵管妊娠，按患者意愿行左输卵管切除及右输卵管残端结扎手术。每次均经组织学证实输卵管妊娠。
