[METHODS OF MORPHOLOGICAL IDENTIFICATION OF THE HAIR FOLLICLE CYCLE PHASES].
This paper analyzes the characteristics of the
structure of the hair follicles (HF) at various stages
of the cycle of hair growth. The study was
conducted on autopsy material of the scalp in
women of middle age. The morphological
description of the anagen, catagen and telogen
HFs is illustrated with the photomicrographs of
histological sections of HFs in different planes and
supplemented by the appropriate schemes.
