摘要

研究了从妊娠第1天至分娩期间,用1.8%氯化钠溶液替代饮用水引起的实验性子痫前期大鼠子代心智功能的产后发育。与对照组大鼠相比,复杂妊娠母鼠所生大鼠在出生后个体发育中存在较高水平的焦虑、运动、定向调查活动减少、认知障碍。该模型可用于评估患有EP的雌性所生动物的相关研究,以及寻找新的有效药物来纠正先兆子痫母亲所生儿童的智力发育偏差。
