摘要

腺体缺血是充气阴茎假体手术中极为罕见的可怕的术后并发症，可导致阴茎坏疽和器官丧失，其发生率难以确定。我们报告一名56岁男性病患，于一个月前阴茎植入后，因阴茎头冷及疼痛而入院。彩色多普勒检查显示海绵体内动脉正常，龟头浅表组织无血管。由于缺血程度较轻，建议保守治疗，口服己酮茶碱加高压氧治疗10天，随访4个月病情有明显改善。
