The planning for supervision of learning by the madrasa head in improving the performance of PAI teachers at MTs Negeri Siantan has been well planned; 2). The implementation of learning supervision by the madrasah principal in improving the performance of PAI teachers has been carried out well. However, it needs to be improved so that the implementation is more perfect in order to improve teacher performance; 3). The evaluation of learning supervision by the madrasah principal has been carried out well; 4). 摘要

本研究揭示了伊斯兰学校校长实施学习监督以改善内格里西丹MTS教师的表现。为了获得最大的效果,本研究的重点是:1)MTSN Siantan负责人实施的学习监督计划如何提高PAI教师的绩效?2) MTSN Siantan负责人实施的学习监督如何提高PAI教师的绩效?3) MTSN Siantan校长开展的学习监督评估对PAI教师绩效的提升效果如何?4)西安丹MTSN校长的后续学习监督是如何提高PAI教师绩效的?本研究采用定性研究方法,包括数据收集、文献记录和访谈。本研究的结论是:1)马德萨校长对马德萨校长的学习监督计划在改善Negeri Siantan马德萨学校PAI教师的绩效方面得到了很好的规划;2)伊斯兰学校校长对PAI教师学习监督的实施效果良好。但是,为了提高教师绩效,还需要对其进行改进,使其实施更加完善;3)对伊斯兰学校校长学习监督的评价开展得很好;4)校长对PAI教师学习绩效提升的跟踪督导得到了很好的落实。
