Early childhood is in a golden age throughout the age range of human development. This period is a sensitive period, during this time the child is especially easy to receive stimuli from the environment. There are six aspects of development in early childhood that must be stimulated so that early childhood development can develop optimally. One of the efforts that educators and parents can do is to familiarize children with moral values. Moral is behavior about good or bad that will be accepted through one's actions, attitudes, obligations, morals and character. Each page of the short story contains values that can be applied to children, one of which is moral values. Children will benefit from the moral message conveyed by the author of the story content of a short story. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach aimed at analyzing the intrinsic elements of the mandate and moral values of the short story. The results of the short story analysis show that there are four moral values conveyed from short stories that test honesty, namely family morals, honesty morals, curiosity morals, and social care morals.

The development of the competence of civil servants (PNS) is guaranteed in Law Number 5 of 2014. Technically this policy is regulated in the Circular Letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (MENPAN RB) Number 28 of 2021. This policy is a general policy, giving rise to challenges in its implementation for Ministries, Institutions, Local Governments (K/L/D), civil servants, and the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) or Menpan RB as regulators and implementers of education policies for civil servants. This research is a public policy analysis process, the analysis is carried out qualitatively with a scenario writing approach. The author is of the opinion that the existing policies still have aspects that need to be clarified by regulators, both Menpan RB and BKN and at the same time translated by K/L/D in their operational policies. Policy formulation offered: Strict acknowledgment of education for civil servants who completed their education before 1 year to become civil servants because they studied before being civil servants. The assignment of study assignments must be in line with the Human Resource Development Program and be carefully formulated, trimming the bureaucratic path for determining study assignments by integrating the release of temporary positions, and determining study assignment allowances for state lecturers. available data on legality and accreditation of study programs that can be chosen by civil servants. the accessibility of accredited study programs can be expanded by the availability of valid distance classes or weekend classes and temporary transfer of civil servants to other work units close to the study location. A measured period of study is required followed by a tightening of obligations. a policy from BKN or Menpan RB is needed regarding the model, time frame, and implementation of the re-entry program. The opportunity for recognition of PNS Degrees/Education Improvement is formulated by BKN to ensure legal certainty for the recognition of PNS titles. Expected implications Competence increases and legal certainty is met.

This study aims to determine the effect of genre-based and conventional approaches on students' writing skills and HOTS. This study uses a quantitative design with a quasi-experimental method conducted at IAIN Palopo, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Sixty-two students from two classes were selected as research participants by dividing them into two groups, namely the experimental and control groups. Data were collected using two instruments: the writing assessment rubric and HOTS. The data that has been collected is then analyzed quantitatively by running the MANOVA test on SPSS 24.00. The results showed that the genre-based approach in the experimental group outperformed the control group, which used the conventional method to improve students' writing skills and HOTS.

The purpose of this research is the importance of organizational change and development in improving the organization's ability to adapt to environmental changes. This qualitative research with a literature approach is sourced from various literatures; journal articles, reference books, textbooks, and related documents. The findings show that organizational change and development in Islamic educational institutions after the COVID-19 pandemic can be designed through three aspects; changing attitudes/values, modifying behavior, and encouraging structural and policy changes. So it is necessary to develop organizational leadership to influence people to behave in accordance with the expectations of the leader, and adapt to the strategic environment of the organization. Post-pandemic, Islamic educational institutions must be oriented to three things; the use of Islamic reasoning based on the Qur'an and hadith, human resources (human needs), and technology. Online learning has a positive impact, teachers and students no longer rely on face-to-face learning because they are used to doing distance learning. The challenges of Islamic Educational Institutions in overcoming organizational change and development are; (1) consider the fundamental role. (2) pay attention to the function of the instrument as an educational tool. (3) there is a constructive role. The three roles are an effort to integrate components to realize Islamic education, make changes and organizational development on government policies through the nature, roles, responding to challenges and developments as well as post-pandemic technology

Inclusive education is an educational reform for children with special needs so that they have the same rights to obtain an education.
