摘要

本研究主要研究了红檗根部和地上部氢甲醇提取物的植物化学成分、抗氧化和抗溶血活性。植物化学筛选揭示了酚、生物碱、香豆素、黄酮类化合物和单宁在两种提取物中的存在。LC-ESI-MS/MS分析显示,根和地上部位提取物中分别含有15种和17种成分。定量分析表明,黄酮类化合物(45.29±0.04 mg GAE/g)和酚类化合物(118.38 mg GAE/g)含量最高,单宁含量(134.1±0.1 mg GAE/g)最高。此外,地皮部位提取物对DPPH(83.23%)和FRAP(1.51±0.22)的抗氧化活性最高,而根部位提取物对TAC和抗溶血活性的抗氧化活性最高(61.09%)。黑檀香含有不同的活性化合物,可以预防与氧化应激有关的疾病。
