The formalization of the probabilistic properties of non-stationary random signals was carried out, the choice of research models was carried out, the influence of the effects of spectral non-stationary on the correlation of the harmonic components of the measurement signals was analyzed, the time-frequency auto-coherence models were obtained and investigated; discrete continuous wavelet transforms were used to increase the efficiency of the control (diagnosis) of spectral changes measuring signal in mathematical expectations of mutual spectral correlation.
