摘要:对麻头叶甲醇提取物正丁醇组分进行了初步的植物化学筛选,并采用高效液相色谱法对其酚类物质含量进行了定量分析。并对其体外抗高血糖和抗氧化活性进行了评价。研究结果表明,黄芪叶提取物中含有酚类、黄酮类、生物碱和苷类等植物化学物质。用高效液相色谱法测定了大蒜酸、儿茶素、阿魏酸、对香豆酸、芹菜素-7-葡萄糖、山奈酚、槲皮素和氨基黄酮等酚类化合物的含量。此外,沙叶提取物部分还具有显著的抗氧化和降糖活性。这些植物化学物质的存在,特别是酚类和类黄酮,因此证明了它的药用价值,因为这种植物有可能保护氧化应激引起的疾病
