摘要:本文介绍了用于电动汽车推进的永磁无刷直流电机的优化设计。分析了(a)外转子电机和(b)内转子电机两种无刷直流电机结构,采用田口法对两种电机结构进行了优化。该装置结构由三个设计变量描述。目标函数包括功能参数(效率)和经济参数(永磁体总质量)。采用有限元法对无刷直流电机进行了建模。最后,比较了两种电机结构的功能参数。给出了计算结果,并进行了讨论。
