Fartlek U23 received an average pre-test of 37.140 and post-test of 47.810 with a difference of 10.67, and there was no interaction between training and age on the increase in VO2Max of Pamoso soccer school players. Based on the study's results, there is no difference in growth between training high intensity and fartlek, and both increase the player's VO2 max.
