Under the design condition, the bulbous bow was changed using the free-form deformation method, and the trawler was optimised by NSGA-Ⅱ. The best hull form is obtained by comparing the ship resistance under various design schemes. Towing experiments were conducted to measure the navigation resistance of trawlers before and after optimisation, thus verifying the reliability of the optimisation results. 摘要

本文提出了一种优化远洋拖网渔船船体形状以减小阻力从而降低能耗的方法。整个优化过程由计算机辅助设计和计算流体动力学(CFD)在CAESES软件中的集成管理。利用CFD求解器和STAR-CCM+对阻力进行了模拟。对远洋拖网渔船在拖网作业和设计两种主要航行工况下进行了研究。在拖网工况下,采用Lackenby法对拖网渔船主船体进行了改进,并采用NSGA-II算法和Sobol + Tsearch算法进行了优化。在设计条件下,采用自由变形法对球茎艏进行了改变,并利用NSGA-Ⅱ对拖网渔船进行了优化。通过对各种设计方案下船体阻力的比较,得出了最佳的船体形状。通过拖曳试验,测量优化前后拖网渔船的航行阻力,验证优化结果的可靠性。结果表明,所提出的优化方法能有效降低拖网渔船在两种航行条件下的阻力。
