摘要

估计药物在不同阶段的效果与康复的持续时间和治愈疾病的持续时间成正比。因此,解决研究这些影响的药代动力学模型是非常重要的。在本研究中,研究了这类一、二和三室非线性药代动力学模型的数值解。模型的求解采用了分布阶微分方程。对于分布阶微分方程中包含的密度函数和该函数的不同值,已经找到了数值解。非标准有限差分格式已被用于数值求解。最后,利用Schur-Cohn准则对所得到的离散系统的平衡点进行了稳定性分析。
