This study aims to explore the English language learning quality of university students in Vietnam with the moderating role of the competition factor. Methodology The study employs qualitative and quantitative research methods. The questionnaire has been developed as a key tool for collecting data based on recommendations of experts, viewpoints of students from the qualitative research results, and from the theoretical outcomes of meta-analysis in previous studies.
