Flocculation efficiency of C. minutissima and N. ocula­ ta were the highest under the conditions of 10 pH, 100 mg L –1 chitosan concentration, and flocculation time of 60 min, and found as 97 % and 85 %. It was also found that chitosan flocculation could be improved with pH increase. 摘要

如今,微藻作为生物燃料、动物饲料、人类食品和药物的替代原料受到了极大的兴趣,因为它们拥有宝贵的油脂和生物分子。微藻生产成本的主要问题通常与收获过程有关。絮凝是收获微藻生物量、降低运行成本的有效方法。本研究考察了壳聚糖溶液、不同pH条件和絮凝时间对微小小球藻和眼小球藻絮凝过程的影响,并对所得数据进行了统计评价。在pH值为10、壳聚糖浓度为100 mg L–1、絮凝时间为60 min的条件下,微小C.minutissima和N.ocula­ta的絮凝效率最高,分别为97%和85%。研究还发现,随着pH值的升高,壳聚糖的絮凝作用也有所改善。本研究表明,壳聚糖是一种良好的絮凝剂,具有高效、无毒、絮凝后可重复使用等优点。
