Data collection techniques in this study, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the findings and results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the habit of writing diaries in fifth grade students at MIN 11 Medan City has proven to have a positive impact on improving children's writing abilities when learning to write in Indonesian. The indicators that can be seen are from the 28 students in grade 20, some of them are already able to write essays coherently. Coherently means writing essays correctly, and other rules that are in accordance with the demands of learning to write essays. 摘要

本研究问题的实质是:首先,确定棉兰市MIN 11班学生的写作能力。其次,通过对棉兰市MIN 11班五班学生日记的养成,了解教师提高学生写作能力的策略。第三,了解棉兰市MIN 11班学生日记写作能力的养成过程。本研究是一项定性研究,在棉兰市MIN 11班进行,作为研究对象的是棉兰市MIN 11班的学生,共28人。本研究中的数据收集技术,即观察、访谈和记录。根据研究结果和数据分析结果,可以得出结论,棉兰市MIN 11小学五年级学生写日记的习惯已被证明对提高儿童在学习印尼语写作时的写作能力有积极影响。可以看到的指标来自20年级的28名学生,其中一些人已经能够连贯地写文章了。连贯意味着正确地写文章,以及符合学习写文章要求的其他规则。关于教师在提高学生写日记的写作技巧方面所做的习惯,包括指导孩子在日记中为他们写一篇告诉难忘经历的文章,以及指导孩子将他们在家和学校的日常活动写进日记中。
