The\n staff could master the treatment progress of patients easily and patients who interrupted\n the treatment were found in time.\n Conclusion The reporting tools can realize patient information extraction and networked management\n effectively in radiotherapy process. Staff efficiency of personnel work and communication\n was improved. The resource allocation was optimized according to the report data in\n real time, improving the efficiency and quality of radiotherapy. Method: Analyze the radiotherapy process and required documents in the department, use the SQL database based report tool Report Builder to extract and analyze a large amount of data generated by the existing network Aria in the radiotherapy department, and develop reports to achieve the digitization of existing radiotherapy documents for patients; Using the PDCA method to analyze the weak links in the process, propose countermeasures, and design corresponding report quantification indicators to improve the quality control level of the process. Since its comprehensive implementation in 2020, the department has implemented radiotherapy for over 2000 people, and all patient radiotherapy information has been registered once, and all documents have been archived and queried online. Based on actual work needs, 13 daily statistical reports, 5 quarterly reports, and 3 annual statistical reports were developed. The waiting time before and after radiotherapy for 3 months before and after using the reports was reduced from 16.2 days to 14.8 days. Staff were able to monitor the progress of patient treatment and promptly identify 12 patients who had interrupted treatment. Conclusion: By using report tools to extract information, the entire process of radiotherapy can be networked and patient radiotherapy data can be digitized, improving personnel work efficiency and communication efficiency. Departments can optimize resource allocation in real-time based on report data, improving the efficiency and quality of radiotherapy. This method has universality and practicality.
