Methods: During the epidemic period in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University, three potential lung transplant patients on the waiting list were suspended for operation, one who underwent lung transplantation was carefully quarantined and the surrounding environment was disinfected, nine patients after lung transplantation received epidemic prevention instructions and were followed up through phone call or online communication. The clinical and follow-up data of these patients were collected and analyzed. Results: The patient with lung transplantation performed in the early stage of the epidemic was survived and didn't infected with SARS-CoV-2. Of the postoperative cases, only one was infected with SARS-CoV-2 which eventually caused death during the epidemic. Conclusion: During the COVID-19 epidemic, effective management strategies adopted in affected areas could reduce the incidence of SARS-CoV-2 infection in lung transplant patients. © 2021, Editorial Board of Medical Journal of Wuhan University. 摘要

目的:探讨新冠肺炎疫情期间(2020年1月1日至4月8日)武汉地区肺移植患者的管理策略。方法:在武汉大学人民医院疫情期间,三名潜在的肺移植患者被暂停手术,一名接受肺移植的患者被仔细隔离并对周围环境进行消毒,9例肺移植患者接受了防疫指导,并通过电话或在线交流进行了随访。收集并分析这些患者的临床和随访数据。结果:在疫情早期进行的肺移植患者存活下来,没有感染严重急性呼吸系统综合征冠状病毒2型。在术后病例中,只有一例感染了严重急性呼吸系统综合征冠状病毒2型,最终在疫情期间导致死亡。结论:在新冠肺炎流行期间,在受影响地区采取有效的管理策略可以降低肺移植患者的SARS-CoV-2感染率。©2021,武汉大学医学杂志编委会。保留所有权利。
