摘要

本研究旨在描述小学四年级学生的情绪智力。本研究采用描述性方法和定性方法。数据收集采用情绪智力问卷和访谈。结果表明,学生的情绪智力特征发生了变化。学生缺乏识别和管理情绪的能力。此外,激励自己的能力、识别他人情绪的能力以及发展关系的能力都很好。然而,良好的情商特征有助于学生的学习成绩。63.64%的学生具有良好的情商,学习成果也支持这一点,54.55%的学生的学习成果是完整的。
