In the national development of intellectual force at present, the Vietnam policy of education and training, which is of great importance, is the decisive factor for the economic growth and social development as set out by the government. Therefore, the educational development is the responsibility of both the government and the society. It is now clear that the academic staff in higher education institutions is the core force, playing a decisive role in ensuring the quality of higher education as in the case of the International University – Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City. The paper investigated the research studies by the university academic staff through their annual publications and the number of lecturers with Doctoral degrees and professorship. The results showed their research studies contributed to the development of the institution in particular, and at the same time predicted how much the stakeholders benefited from this in general. 摘要高等教育越来越受到世界各国政府和国际机构的认可,成为实现可持续发展目标的重要激励因素。在目前国家智力力量的发展中,越南的教育和培训政策至关重要,是政府制定的经济增长和社会发展的决定性因素。因此,教育发展既是政府的责任,也是社会的责任。现在很明显,高等教育机构的学术人员是核心力量,在确保高等教育质量方面发挥着决定性作用,就像国际大学——越南国立大学胡志明市的情况一样。本文通过大学学术人员的年度出版物以及拥有博士学位和教授职位的讲师人数,对大学学术人员进行了研究调查。结果表明,他们的研究尤其有助于该机构的发展,同时预测了利益相关者从中受益的程度。这项研究可能有助于提高高等教育机构在高等教育学院推广国际出版物方面的质量。
