Fillet Quality in Rainbow Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) Raised on Different Dietary Oils Over a Long-Term Feeding Trial
ABSTRACT Effects of dietary fish oil replacement with vegetable oils on physical and sensorial qualities and shelf life of rainbow fillet were investigated.
