本研究旨在运用二元逻辑回归分析全球化背景下的教育服务质量。调查数据收集自550名就读于FPT大学、胡志明市工业大学和越南嘉定信息技术大学的学生。该研究模型是在对高校服务质量研究的基础上提出的。对量表的信度和有效性进行了探索性因素分析。二元logistic回归分析结果表明，服务质量与方法方面、设施和Ewom有关。
