To characterize the prepared sample was carried out using X-ray powder diffraction analysis (XRD), Ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectroscope, Scanning electron microscope (SEM), Energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectroscope, and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscope was used.
