This research was single subject experimental design with quantitative study. The population were students in class X in Marketing at SMK N 1 Depok and had a negative self-concept. The purposive sampling were used. Data collection was done used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used Wilcoxon test with a significance level of 5%, and the result analysis showed improvement of students’ self concept score. 本研究旨在通过“理性情绪行为”技术来确定个体咨询对提高学生自我概念的有效性。本研究采用定量研究的单学科实验设计。该人群是SMK N 1 Depok市场营销X班的学生,他们有负面的自我概念。采用了目的性抽样。数据收集采用问卷调查。数据分析技术采用Wilcoxon测验,其显著性水平为5%,结果分析显示学生的自我概念得分有所提高。Wilcoxon检验的Zcount值为-2.201,表明显著性水平低于0.05(p=0.028
