The sample consisted mainly of physicians and nursing staff aged between 30 and 49 years. Results: The results demonstrate high scores of symptoms related to post-traumatic stress disorder, with greater expressiveness among front-line professionals, especially in the nursing staff, and a strong correlation of these results with negative affects. 摘要

摘要目的:本研究旨在评估COVID-19大流行期间卫生专业人员的创伤后应激障碍症状及其影响。方法:对374名卫生专业人员(其中一线卫生工作者235人,非一线卫生工作者139人)进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括社会人口统计数据、过去精神障碍的识别、面对疫情的个人经历、事件影响量表、积极和消极影响量表。样本主要由年龄在30 - 49岁之间的医生和护理人员组成。结果:一线专业人员,尤其是护理人员,创伤后应激障碍相关症状得分较高,表达能力较强,且与负面情绪有较强的相关性。结论:针对卫生专业人员的心理援助和干预措施对于减轻COVID-19大流行造成的影响迫在眉睫。
