The purposes this research are to know the effect of creativity and teamwork to agent performance, simultaneously and partially. This quantitative research used multiple linier regression analysis which 92 employees as sample using stratified sampling. Using this analysis, the results showed that creativity and teamwork effect positively 56,4 percent to agent performance simultaneously. Furthermore, the results showed that both influence to agent performance. Its shows that creativity provides 10,6 per cent to agent performance, while the teamwork provides 62,3 per cent to agent performace. 摘要

团队活动和团队合作是影响代理绩效的两个紧迫因素。从事工作、工作代理往往会出现问题,比如降低创造力,给资金代理不准确,所以成为代理业绩最优的人。本研究的目的是了解创造力和团队合作对代理人绩效的影响,同时和部分。本定量研究以92名员工为样本,采用分层抽样方法,采用多元线性回归分析。通过这一分析,结果显示,创造力和团队合作同时对代理业绩产生了56.4%的积极影响。此外,结果表明,两者都影响代理性能。研究显示,创造力对座席绩效的贡献为10.6%,而团队合作对座席绩效的贡献为62.3%。这意味着团队合作对代理绩效起主导作用。
