The article addresses the Common National Curricular Base (BNCC). The focus of the nalyzes prioritized the guidelines for Early Childhood Education. In view of this relationship between the legal child and the incarnated child, the text assumed the objective of thinking, based on the documentary analysis of the extent to which the BNCC's proposal dialogues with children's diversity and adversity in its plurality and inequality. He identified that rigid and national objectives favor the framing of children's differences, if not their exclusion.
