The definitions of \"leader\", \"competency\", \"student’s leadership competency\" have been given. Different approaches to the definition and understanding of the concept \"training\" have been noted and it is determined that training is an effective and active way to obtain new theoretical and practical knowledge, new information, which allows timely and comprehensive testing skills acquired during training activities and skills, and abilities to use these skills both in educational and practical activities. The peculiarities of the training have been singled out and analysed, namely group work, interactivity, questions – search for answers, informal atmosphere, the principle of \"here and now\", individual style, the principle of gradualness, synergistic effect. 摘要

本文探讨了以培训为手段培养大学生领导能力的问题。给出了“领导者”、“胜任力”、“学生领导胜任力”的定义。人们对“培训”概念的定义和理解有不同的看法,并确定培训是一种获得新的理论和实践知识、新的信息的有效和积极的方式,它可以及时和全面地测试在培训活动中获得的技能和技能,以及在教育和实践活动中使用这些技能的能力。对培训的特点进行了挑出和分析,即小组工作、互动性、提问-寻求答案、非正式气氛、“此时此地”原则、个人风格、渐进原则、协同效应。以培养学生的领导能力为目标,对培训的主要功能进行了界定和描述:教育性、激励性、教育性、发展性、沟通代偿性放松等。研究发现,为了确保培训对大学生领导能力发展的有效性,必须提供适当的心理和教学条件,创造一个有利于个人和领导力发展的环境,并创建一个领导学院,为学生准备、开发、组织和开展培训,旨在形成学生的领导能力。对于那些在培训中学会与学生领导有效合作的教师,以及使用在机构中创造良好心理氛围的原则和基于个性导向方法与学生互动的原则等。
