摘要

本文对现役军人体力活动引起的疲劳及耐力极限进行了研究。由此产生的工作量是训练、准备和其他获得的工作技能如何有助于人体成为一个大型工作“机器”的指标之一。采用工效学测试和体能状况野外测试,测定了机体代谢水平的能量消耗。现场试验包括在10公里的多边形和不同的工作负荷上运行3次,监测能耗。工作负荷与职业安全健康法的比较。结果显示,在工作负荷条件和心率的差异,允许确定休息点和安全的训练条件。
