Intercallular or extracellular pathogens can promote the formation of inflammatory by activating Caspase-1, Caspase-4/5/11, pro-interleukin (IL)-1β and pro-IL-18. The activated inflammatory cytokines lead to cell lysis and inflammatory factors release, and finally induced cell death.The alterations of Toll like receptor(TLR) signaling pathway and bone microenvironment, and presence of inflammasome could cause the formation of an inflammatory environment, leading to myelodyplastic syndrome (MDS). 摘要
焦亡是由炎性半胱氨酸-天冬氨酸蛋白酶(Caspase)介导的程序性细胞死亡。细胞间或细胞外病原体可通过激活Caspase-1、Caspase-4/5/11、IL -1β和IL-18促进炎症的形成。被激活的炎性因子导致细胞裂解和炎性因子释放,最终诱导细胞死亡。Toll样受体(Toll like receptor, TLR)信号通路和骨微环境的改变以及炎性小体的存在可引起炎症环境的形成,从而导致骨髓增生综合征(myelelodyplastic syndrome, MDS)。本文就热亡的发生机制及热亡与MDS的关系作一综述。关键词:焦亡;Myelodyplastic综合症;还存在;Interleukin-1beta;Interleukin-18
