摘要

采用HPLC-ICP-MS结合体外消化法,分析了我国几种主要经济贝类中砷的形态和四种有毒砷(As3+、As5+、MMA和DMA)的含量。结果表明:缢蛏总砷含量最高(5.68 mg/kg),其次为细棘棘(4.83 mg/kg);Ostreae和H.discus hannai含量较低(2.26 ~ 2.70 mg/kg),其中3种差异不显著。在水提法和胃肠道提法中,AsB是主要的砷形态,尤其在Scapharca subcrenata中,AsB是唯一的砷形态。水提法中分别分离出0.025、0.008和0.300 mg/kg As3+。分别为菲律宾蛤蚌和蛤蚌。此外,水提物中还检出了0.115 mg/kg的As5+,除蛇纹蛇和毛蕊蛇纹蛇外,所有样品的水提物中都有不同浓度的DMA,其中蛇纹蛇的含量最高,为0.674 mg/kg。然而,除了在狭纹贝类的肠道提取液中检测到DMA外,其他贝类的胃肠道提取液中均未发现四种有毒砷。目前的实验证明,能反映贝类体内真实含量的水提液中砷的形态与能反映胃肠消化下真实含量的胃肠提液中砷的形态是不同的,尤其是四种有毒砷的形态。
