摘要

为研究不同月龄卵形沙眼选择性组主要形态计量性状对体重的影响,分别测定了1月龄、4月龄、7月龄、10月龄和13月龄2 635只沙眼标本的体长(x1)、体长(x2)、体高(x3)和体重(y)。通过通径分析和多元线性回归计算各性状与体重的相关系数、通径系数和决定系数。分析了各性状对体重的影响,建立了最优回归方程。结果表明:4个性状间的相关系数为0.017 ~ 0.960,除4月龄外,其余4个性状间的相关系数均达到极显著水平(P0.01)。在1月龄和4月龄对体重直接影响最大的性状是体长,其他各阶段对体重直接影响最大的性状是体高。行列式系数分析结果与通径分析结果一致,各阶段方程的拟合度较好(86.9% ~ 90.6%)。结果表明,确定了影响卵圆蝶体重的主要形态计量性状,应在不同阶段进行性状选择,为卵圆蝶的选育提供了技术参数。
