南京大学国家化学实验教学中心根据南京大学提出的“3对3”本科人才培养模式，对化学实验教学进行了改革。改革“学院派人才培养”实验课，加强“学院派人才培养”实验课，构建“就业型人才培养”实验课。在过去的10年里，这些改革取得了很大的进展。
