The study method is a quantitative survey which is executed through the partial least square structural equation model (SEM-PLS) with a statistical data processing tool, namely SmartPLS 4.0 software. Research data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires through social media designed using a Likert scale of 7. Respondents in this study were 590 SMEs owners in Java Island, Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that eco-efficiency had a positive and significant effect on sustainability performance, green supply chain management (GSCM) had a positive and significant effect on sustainability performance. GSCM also plays a full mediating role in the relationship between eco-efficiency and sustainability performance. 摘要

本研究旨在分析生态效率与可持续绩效之间的关系、生态供应链管理与可持续绩效之间的关系，并分析生态供应链管理在生态效率与可持续绩效之间的中介作用。研究方法是通过偏最小二乘结构方程模型(SEM-PLS)和统计数据处理工具SmartPLS 4.0软件进行定量调查。研究数据是通过使用李克特7分量表设计的社交媒体分发在线问卷获得的。本研究的调查对象为印度尼西亚爪哇岛的590名中小企业主。研究结果表明，生态效率对可持续发展绩效有显著的正向影响，绿色供应链管理对可持续发展绩效有显著的正向影响。GSCM在生态效率与可持续绩效的关系中也发挥了充分的中介作用。本研究可望为进一步探讨生态效率与GSCM的实施相关问题提供参考。
