摘要

本文从理论上研究了波长为1550 nm、槽角为20 θ = 的v型等离子体波导定向耦合器。分析了不同间距金属槽的直流控制系统。给出了耦合长度随波导间距的变化曲线。分析了单输入直流数据中心的两个输出端口的归一化输出功率。最后提出了由V型槽等离子体波导组成的新型直流电控系统。v型槽等离子体波导在集成光电路中具有重要的应用价值。
