Light-Sheets Composed of Bessel Beams for Three-Dimensional Holography and Imaging
We discuss theoretical aspects of longitudinally-structured light-sheets constructed from superpositions of Bessel beams, envisioning applications in holography, volumetric displays, augmented and virtual reality, optical trapping and manipulation of microparticles and so on. Current experimental setups are presented.
